Individualized, comprehensive and compassionate mental health care and support for adult. This can be a difficult topic to discus. I'm here to listen and work with you to understand the nature of your distress and help you overcome obstacles that stand in the way of your happiness. I encourage healthy practices such as yoga, meditation, optimal nutrition, stress management and mindfulness techniques. Sometimes even this may not be adequate and so we can consider further options. Let's talk and see where this leads. I am also very excited about collaborating with therapists, clinical psychologists, behavioral therapists and pastoral counselors in helping develop a strong referral base where we can refer clients to one another with confidence. I very much enjoy ongoing discussions and collaboration to ensure we all have a complete understanding of what is standing in the way of our client reaching their full potential. Does anybody have clients who are ok with OON and that need weekday evening hours or weekend (both Sat and Sun) hours but cannot find a psychiatrist? Would they be able to offset the OON aspect with the convenience of scheduling? Happy to hear from anyone who can let me know.
