Open Hand Studio is an arts collective organized by Ian Villarreal and Zachary Lienert. Ian Villarreal is an acomplished Massage Therapist specializing in Deep Tissue and Sports massage designed to relax and rejuvenate. He started his practice in 2001 and has spent many years working in various gyms throughout Philadelphia and even spent a few years at the renowned Toppers Spa on Rittenhouse Square in Center City. Seven Mountains Kung Fu (That Son Than Vo Dao) as taught by multi-time world champion Master Phuoc Phan, is an animal style kung fu that embodies the duality of hard and soft, internal and external to acomplish martial prowess and inner calmness. Sifu Ian Villarreal has been a student of Master Phan for more than 15 years. Seven Mountains Spirit Fist Kung Fu is located at 723 Chestut St in Philadelphia, PA and is the only establish school in North America. Visit www.sevenmountainskungfu.com for more details.
