We are getting in the Holiday spirit at Citizens 🎄🎅🏼🤶🏼✨🎁! A huge thank you to our team member, Ellen S. , for generously donating her time and supplies to assist our Residents in making beautiful Christmas wreaths! What a special and fun activity we had, thank you Ellen!

Exciting things are happening at Citizens! 🥳🎉! Congratulations to our team, we have two major accomplishments to celebrate!

Our center is currently listed as a 5 star facility per the Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services. This is an amazing achievement 🏆🏆⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Plus, we were voted as Harford County’s Best Nursing Home in the 2025 Best of Harford competition through the Baltimore Sun. We took top crown 👑 in the county!! Way to go everyone 👏👏👏!
