We are so excited to announce our updated class schedule.
Mondays@ 6:30= Mindful Movement/Yoga class. This class combines Mindful Movement series with yoga for a full body stretch and strengthen. While some moves are "softer" than a vinyasa class- this is not a gentle yoga class.
Tuesdays@ 6:30= EasyForm Yoga. This class is for those that want to relax and create ease in the body and the mind- appropriate for all yoga levels.
