We are so excited to announce our updated class schedule.
Mondays@ 6:30= Mindful Movement/Yoga class. This class combines Mindful Movement series with yoga for a full body stretch and strengthen. While some moves are "softer" than a vinyasa class- this is not a gentle yoga class.
Tuesdays@ 6:30= EasyForm Yoga. This class is for those that want to relax and create ease in the body and the mind- appropriate for all yoga levels.
Class size is very limited for a personalized experience. You can learn more and sign up @

I love that FB asks one of the great questions of coaching - "what's on your mind?" It is a powerful question - open ended, puts the receiver in the driver's seat of the conversation, opens up a world of possibilities for the discussion.
Who knew that even FB knows that a good coach asks good questions. But a GREAT coach? They ask the GREAT questions, and then, they stand back and let the conversation unwind.

So...'what's on YOUR mind'❓

Coaching “isn’t about telling customers what to do”.
I won’t “tell you what to eat”— but I can help you find what works for you and figure out what doesn’t.
I can’t get you “off your meds”- but I can help you understand 1. What they do and 2. How your lifestyle might play into that.

Coaching isn’t giving people the answers. It’s talking them through how to make their our “test”.

Context matters. Coaches don’t tell clients to “just make it happen” when systemic factors create real barriers.

Instead, Coaches:
Explore non-modifiable systemic barriers and how they affect goal achievement
Incorporate cultural considerations into action plans
Adapt goals and strategies to account for social and structural determinants of health
By including the environment, coaches help client’s develop realistic plans that acknowledge real-world challenges that they face every day.

The saying goes “the difference between a dream and a goal is a plan,” right?
Yes. And, no.
Yes- without a clear plan (in coaching we call them SMART goals), you are more likely to struggle to execute on that dream.
No- that isn’t the ONLY difference, nor the only thing that can really help you on the path to materializing your dream.
You also need- BELIEF! Belief in yourself, belief in doing “the thing”, and to be fully supported by someone that truly believes in you too!
That belief is central to manifesting a dream.
That belief is the building block of great coaching.
