PLEASE READ: 5-11-year-olds only. Parents must register their child in advance using the link above. Pfizer requires two shots. The second dose appointment will be at the same selected appointment time at the same location on Monday, December 13, 2021. No adults will be able to be vaccinated at these clinics.

Following the FDA amending emergency use authorization of the Moderna booster, yesterday the CDC recommended a single dose booster no sooner than 6 months after the completion of the original series of shots in certain populations. High risk individuals 18-64 may get the booster after considering their individual risks and benefits and should speak with their doctor.
