Join us for The Grand Slam Market at Crosslink church, a community event taking place on Saturday, April 18, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Over 40 vendors, food trucks, inflatables, live music, and a touch-a-truck activity will cater to families and attract a sizable crowd from Mebane and surrounding areas. The event supports Eagles Elite 13U Baseball, covering travel, equipment, and tournament costs.

As I prepare for the summer season, I want to share an important update with my clients and community.

By God’s grace and your continued trust, my table and schedule are now filled to capacity. Beginning this summer, I will no longer be accepting new clients.

If you are part of my current client family and I have not seen you within the last 3 months, I encourage you to book your session soon to remain within my active client base.

I will also be transitioning away from my current paid booking platform to a new scheduling method. Details will be shared soon, so please stay tuned.

Educational | Listening Before Pain Speaks

Your body doesn’t usually jump straight to pain.
It starts with signals, quiet ones.

These are early cues your body is asking for support.

Self-care is not a reward for being worn out.

Giving yourself permission to receive care without having to “earn” it through exhaustion.

There is wisdom in your body.

These images offer a visual story of the work I have been called to do.

On the left, you see me as a licensed massage and bodywork therapist working with a woman on the table. I am gently assessing her range of motion (ROM) to help determine how I can best help her. This is how many of my sessions begin for new clients or if there are any known limitations. Women learn to relax their bodies enough to receive help.

The room is calm. Intentional. Grounded in peace. My work is grounded in faith. Because for me, healing is not only physical. It is spiritual, emotional, and educational. I want women to understand their bodies, not just receive a service. I want them to feel seen, heard, and safe.

On the right, you see me in a completely different environment, seated at a desk as a healthcare operations manager. Reviewing reports. Managing systems. Looking at data that affects real people. This side represents my passion for advocacy in healthcare, for improving processes, for ensuring that patients are not just numbers but humans navigating complicated systems.

These two images may look like different careers, but they are actually the same mission.

In one, I help women understand their bodies with my healing hands.
In the other, I help people navigate healthcare with my mind.

Both are rooted in service.
Both are rooted in faith.
Both are rooted in a desire to make people’s lives better.

This is what Blessed From Above Massage truly represents.
