Yesterday was perfect 🎂✨ Thank you for all the calls, texts, videos, messages and posts, the love was DEEPLY felt. And thank you & Stew 🐱for treating me like a queen and filling my day with all my favorite things, including a picnic in the park, High Tea 😍😍😍 and soooo many snuggles ♥️ (to name a few)

Last Halloween at my wonderful friends 🌊 💨 🌱 and I 🔥 dressed up as The Four Elements (costume contests need a theme, naturally). We each pulled together our costumes from various pieces, and did our make up! The best part though is that each of us connected deeply to each element we chose.

Now I'm on vacation with time to really breathe with the elements surrounding me and recognize the traits that each element ignites within me:

🔥 Fire: Passion, spark, warmth, bright light, intentional, sensual
🌊 Water: Flow, Ripple Effect, sometimes choppiness, power, ease
🌱 Earth: Grounded, Strength, stillness, anchored
💨 Air: Gentle, Caress, powerful, impressionable, determined

There are so many things to be grateful for in my life right now, and one big thing is having an incredible partner to do all the adventures with ♥️ The other weekend I surprised with puppy yoga hosted by ✨ Not only did it get us moving our bodies (when we weren't playing with puppies), but it filled our hearts up with so much love to get so many amazing kisses and cuddles. Plus we got to give to this amazing cause who hosts yoga events all over with rescues looking for a new forever home 🐾 Thank you for the work that you do! And thank you for being my person 🥰
