TOP 3 TIPS TO AVOID KNEE PAIN AS YOU AGE!!
Over time we have learned that preventative medicine is the most beneficial to your overall health!
Here are 3 things you can do NOW to avoid knee pain in the future, or help knee pain from increasing.

1. Wear appropriate and supportive footwear!
🤎Footwear is more important than you think! Especially if your work environment involves unsupportive flooring, like concrete.
2. Keep surrounding muscles strong and mobile.
🤎Keeping muscles strong takes pressure off of the surrounding joints, therefore can prevent or prolong the onset of arthritis.
🤎Keeping yourself stretched out and mobile, decreases your risk of injuring muscles, tendons and ligaments in your joints!
3. Don't ignore pain!!
🤎Pain is your body's way of telling you something is wrong! Don't avoid pain! Get it checked out as soon as it starts limiting your normal daily activities and avoid it worsening!!

I really don't think our windows could be any cuter if they tried, but what do you all think!??
One of our techs painted the windows with a winter wonderland in all 3 locations!
We have some pretty amazing employees, but the best part is that they have other interests too! We don't just store our PT's in the closet at night😜 They go home to their other hobbies and interests!

Congratulations Donna on your graduation!! Donna came to us after a compression fracture of her spine. She spent 2 months rehabbing her back and improving her strength. Donna is now good as new! She has minimal to no difficulty with her daily activities and is far more independent in social settings! Donna will now continue to exercise at home with the home exercise program provided by her PT to keep up her strength and mobility.
