We've been treating matt's knee for a couple of months now, keeping in mind he had a fabulous international trip planned for October. He needed to be able to hike and walk and keep up with his friends.
When Matt got back, he informed us that he was able to do everything AND MORE. he was very emotional and sent us this video.

Ryan had such a hard and long journey rehabbing his knee after a tibial plateau fracture. Jenna and Tim have taken such good care of him, and Ryan has worked SO HARD. He is now back at work and doing well!

Gratitude is sometimes a difficult thing.
When we are hurting, it is easy to let it affect your mood, or outlook on life at the moment.
Gratitude has to be practiced. over and over and over again. even sometimes when you wake up in pain, find ONE thing to be grateful for. Maybe it's your coffee for the day. Maybe it's having someone to wake up to. Maybe it's seeing the sun one more day. Find one thing when you wake up and watch how your day changes💚
