Some of the things that we can do to use the energies present. 🔥🐎However, I wouldn’t perform any manifestation rituals. We have the energies of the new moon, solar eclipse and the year of the Fire Horse. This combination can be unstable. Fire needs to clear before it moves. You can write down what feels stagnant, safely burn and visualize, then feel it moving forward. You can work with the crystals carnelian, red jasper & Sunstone.🌞You could set up a Courage Altar.🕯️Herbs/ resin can be dragons blood, clove, or cinnamon. (which is what I used at my front door) Do a cleansing smudge.🪶Fire is sacred when contained. Channel fire into structure. Move your body daily. You can become a powerful force for courage, transformation and change rather than for the chaos that’s been unleashed. This is not a restful year my friends.✌️❤️‍🔥

This gluten free bread was the best l’ve had so far.😋
The food they’re selling us is poisoning us systematically. We need to be more aware of what we are consuming. Making and if possible, growing your own food seems like the healthiest way to go. If we stop purchasing and keep informing others they’ll be forced to change. This bread tastes really good and I know what’s in it. 🍞You can also try shopping at farmers markets for cleaner foods.💪🏻🖖
