Yesterday I lead a breathwork in The Social Business Club and it was a pretty beautiful thing. Emotions were felt, hurts from years ago were let go of, peace was found, strength was callled in. It was amazing.

Turned out this first time customer wanted to dive into breathwork (with reiki of course) and today she sent me this
