Dr. Hansen is passionate about primary care, geriatrics, and the unique connection that comes with serving a rural community. He loves getting to know his patients, advocating for their needs, and providing the kind of care that doesn’t require driving hours to see a specialist.

At Haxtun Health, Dr. Hansen provides primary care in both the Haxtun and Fleming clinics, covers on‑call shifts in the Emergency Department, and serves as Medical Director for our Extended Care Unit. He’s especially committed to supporting patients with mental wellness needs. He offers a friendly face, a listening ear, and thoughtful guidance.
