Many of you may remember Haley, one of the first women to join me at Inland Pelvic Health as our receptinist and then insurance coordinator. She’s always been someone who pours her heart into helping others — now she’s the one who needs our help.

Haley recently suffered an unimaginable loss with the passing of her husband, Caleb. She is now navigating this heartbreaking time while caring for their two little ones, James and Claire.

We provide personalized and holistic pelvic therapy, helping to find symptom relief, build confidence, and feel empowered in pelvic wellness through every stage of life.

Summary
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team at Inland Pelvic Health. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks essential to our clinic's operations.

Responsibilities
-Greet patients and manage the check-in process efficiently.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar for optimal patient flow.
-Verify insurance information and assist patients with any inquiries related to their coverage.
-Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
-Assist with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Requirements
-Proven experience in medical scheduling or as a receptionist in a healthcare setting.
-Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care.
-Familiarity with insurance verification processes is helpful, but trainable.
