Cutting my ribbon with giant scissors was so satisfying!

Please help us welcome Sarah Carlon, owner of Mending Muscles Massage Therapy LLC to the Hayden Chamber.
She graduated from the American Institute of Clinical Massage in Post Falls, Idaho and loves helping people improve their lives through Massage Therapy.
Massage provides incredible benefits to our overall health and wellness and is so much more than just "pampering" yourself. She wholeheartedly believes in Massage Therapy for reducing stress and anxiety, relieving muscle tension and headaches, increasing range of motion, aiding in the recovery of injuries, lowering blood pressure, and on and on.
Her goal is to encourage deep relaxation so she can access the deeper tissues without causing unnecessary pain. Each session is fully customized to what you need on any given day. Sessions can be for relaxation only or more focused on a specific issue and area.
