This super star is one of my clients! 🙌💥
When he is training for an upcoming race, he likes to average a massage 2x week.

He just competed in his 4th Snake River Half Marathon and finished with a 13 minute personal record!! 💪 (1hr41, 7:46/mi pace)

First time cupper over here 🙋🏽‍♂️
Looks more gnarly than it feels, but over all I enjoyed the therapy.

Always looking for new techniques to keep this 250million year old dinosaur 🦖 body balanced and optimal with not only all my past injuries but my daily grinding family/work/training/repeat schedule.
It all takes it toll, so being proactive is critical.

We only get one body, so we gotta take care of it.

Hi friends and clients!

Unfortunately I had to move out of my massage location this weekend. 😓

There was a discrepancy in the sub leasing agreement with the landlord, and it all happened so fast.

I am in search of a new location and hope to be back up and running within 2 weeks, hopefully. All future appointments are canceled until further notice.

I will be sure to keep everyone updated as I go forward, and I hope you can all hang with me through this move ❤️

I’m advising my clients to keep an eye on my FB page for updates!
