Renewed Horizons, LLC provides adults with developmental disabilities with a supportive environment where they can learn, continually increase their skills, and reach their maximum potential. At Renewed Horizons we understand that every one of our participants has their own unique strengths and challenges. As such, our staff works with each participant and their family to develop a comprehensive plan of care, support and growth that ensures that your loved one makes continual progress year after year. Renewed Horizons provides a personalized Developmental Therapy program designed around each participant's needs and strengths to enhance each participant's skills through group therapy in our Adult Day Center and within their community. Renewed Horizons also provides Adult Day Health services. A supervised and structured day program for our participants to receive a variety of social, recreational, and health activities. By using a combination of both Developmental Therapy and Adult Day Health, Renewed Horizons believes we can create a fully integrated community where life for persons with developmental disabilities is valuable, purposeful and fulling. Our Residential Habilitation program provides adults of all ages with developmental disabilities an integrated array of individually-tailored services and supports that are designed to assist them to reside successfully in their own homes.
