In honor of the brave firefighters recently lost, our yoga community is opening its doors and hearts.

Throughout the month of July, join us for donation-based yoga classes taught by David Bray.

✨ Half of all donations will go directly to the Red & Blue Foundation.

💙❤️ The Red & Blue Foundation is a trusted 501(c)(3) nonprofit based right here in North Idaho. They are actively accepting donations to support the families of those lost and injured, provide mental health services, and offer scholarships to the children of first responders.

*** SUNDAY MAY 25th***
Dr. David Campbell will now be offering Chi Gong (Qigong) & Community Acupuncture at Hayden Yoga & Massage on select Sundays each month.

Community Acupuncture will take place in a group setting. It will be a single round of acupuncture treatment for $45/each. If you are interested in receiving community acupuncture, please wear clothing that allow easy access to your arms and legs.

Chi Gong will begin promptly at noon (12pm)
*Please arrive early to check in.

Community Acupuncture will be from 1:30-3pm
*Please arrive a few minutes early for payment & paperwork.
