We’re Board Certified Family Physicians, building relationships on mutual respect and trust! Welcome to North Idaho Direct Primary Care!

Our physicians are dedicated to offering affordable health care with transparent monthly membership fees based solely upon age and not prior medical history. As a board certified family physicians, Dr. Silakoski and Dr Odom prides themselves on providing quality care for each of their patients based upon their needs. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (not including holidays). ✨ Meet Dr. Mosher

Dr. Dane Mosher is a board-certified physician specializing in functional medicine at North Idaho DPC. Since joining the team in 2023, he’s become known for his thoughtful, patient-centered approach and the time he takes to truly listen and understand each patient’s needs.

With over a decade of experience and certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine, Dr. Mosher focuses on a personalized approach to care—helping patients better understand their health and support long-term wellness.

Outside of the clinic, he enjoys life in North Idaho with his wife and two children, along with gardening, staying active, sauna sessions, and spending time outdoors 🌿

Say Hello to Kayla Kendall, FNP 👋

Kayla Kendall is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from George Washington University in 2024. She previously received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Anna Maria College in Massachusetts.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Kayla spent eight years caring for patients in the cardiac intensive care unit, supporting individuals recovering from complex heart conditions and surgeries.

Kayla lives in Hayden, Idaho, with her husband and sons. She loves photography, spending time outdoors, and being with her family and dog. Kayla is passionate about patient advocacy and providing compassionate, personalized care. ✨
