It’s easy to get swept up in the quickening pace of the season, but this October was a gentle reminder: wellness starts with honoring the shift.

Here in the Southern Appalachians, the leaves are teaching us how to let go, and the crisp air is inviting us inward. This month, I focused on simple nourishment:

🍂 Eating Grounded: Fueling my body with warm, seasonal foods to balance Vata’s light, mobile energy.

💨 Daily Cleanse: Deeply enjoying the grounding ritual of an herbal steam to support my breathing and settle my nervous system.
