We offer a sanctuary to find the practice that fits what you need. Most classes are avaliable in studio and virtually. Vinyasa Yoga
The focus of a vinyasa class is to link your breath with movement. This is one of our most vigorous classes. You'll improve your stamina, flexibility, strength and learn how to breathe through intensity. Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is focused on restoring natural alignment to your body and revitalizing the mind through rest. This class emphasizes full relaxation and utilizes soft props to make you as comfortable as possible. Yin Yoga

The focus of our Yin yoga class is on improving mobility. Whereas a Vinyasa class emphasizes flowing movement and building lung capacity, in a yin yoga class you will hold stretches up to 5 minutes and trigger deep release in the connective tissue that surrounds your joints. Yin classes are especially helpful if you're an athlete, deal with chronic pain, or are recovering from an injury. To learn more about our studio, visit:
