“Bone-on-bone.”
That phrase gets used like a verdict.
It isn’t.
It just means the joint has lost cartilage.
It does not mean the joint is beyond response.
What most people are shown is a pipeline:
Suppress symptoms → delay progression → replace the joint.
Cortisone quiets inflammation…while accelerating breakdown.
Gel injections are inconsistent…often no better than placebo.
Then you’re told surgery is the only real option left.
That’s not a healing strategy.
That’s a progression model.
What actually drives change inside a joint is signaling.
Inflammation control.
Cell communication.
Tissue response.
That’s what regenerative protocols target.
High-dose exosomes deliver concentrated signaling directly,
repeated over time, changing the environment the joint lives in.
That’s when pain drops.
That’s when movement returns.
That’s when people who were told “nothing left but surgery” start functioning again.
Same diagnosis.
Completely different path.
Comment “JOINT” and I’ll show you what real regenerative protocols look like.
