Those “knots” may actually be your fascia strained under tension, exacerbating nervous system guarding and limiting fluid, comfortable movement rather than indicating isolated muscle adhesions. Bless a glass of water with me 💦

Yes, I really do speak at your glass of water, potentially looking crazy to whoever might walk in on me 😆Water really listens!

As I tone this glass with tuning forks and speak intention over it, I’m reminded of the cymatics experiments popularized by Masaru Emoto, who explored how words, sound, and emotion appeared to influence the patterns water formed when frozen. Today I’m working with 4225 Hz which is considered a very high, bright frequency, often associated with clearing, purification, and energetic activation. I’m also using 256 Hz which is associated with natural resonance and grounding.

Whether you see this as science, symbolism, or sacred ritual, the invitation is the same: what we offer our bodies matters.

If water is a carrier of information (and we are mostly water) then gentleness, reverence, and intentional language become medicine. When we slow down and bless what we take in, the body listens. 💫
