We’re excited to announce that QLess Kiosks are coming to Patient Registration at Miller Pavilion – Entrance B!

Soon, patients visiting for inpatient services, outpatient hospital care, imaging, or billing questions will be able to check in with a quick tap and wait comfortably while receiving text updates when it’s time to register.

Less waiting in line. More convenience. A smoother experience for everyone.

Patients visiting clinics or the DeBakey Heart Institute will continue checking in directly with their clinic teams.

Today is , and we’re celebrating the incredible expertise of our board certified lactation consultants and the generosity of the mothers who donate breast milk through our Milk Bank Donation and Outreach Center.

Thanks to local donors, more than 47,000 ounces of milk have been shared with medically fragile infants across the country. Every ounce makes a difference, and our IBCLCs help make that life-saving connection possible.

📢 Medical Pavilion Pharmacy is moving! We’re excited to announce that Medical Pavilion Pharmacy is relocating to a new, more convenient location on the first floor of Entrance B (Miller Pavilion), behind the elevators.

🕒 Temporary Closure for the Move
Closes: Thursday, March 12 at 1:00 PM
Reopens: Tuesday, March 17

With the temporary closure falling near spring break, please plan ahead for any medication needs.

When we reopen, all pharmacy services will continue- including prescriptions for Associates and the community, mail‑out options, special orders, and easy refills through the Rx2Go app.

We enjoyed a special sneak peek at the new Bickle-Schmidt Athletic Complex, and we’re excited to share that HaysMed is a proud sponsor of this incredible addition to Fort Hays State University Athletics and campus.

Supporting FHSU and the schools across western Kansas is an important part of our mission, and we’re honored to help bring this state‑of‑the‑art facility to life for student‑athletes, and to enhance sports medicine care.
