When it comes to health, your beliefs matter! A friendly reminder that YOU are the CEO of your own health, and each decision that you make, matters. Your body has the amazing ability to be well and to heal, BELIEVE IT! 🙌 The conventional medical system has become a system that people can potentially become a slave to when it comes to lifestyle diseases; and yes, most of those conditions can be reversed with better decision making.

You really don’t even need a man made app to tell you how much you have moved, how much you have slept, or even what to eat. Go back to Gods design! At Stephens Chiropractic and Wellness, we love Acupuncture because it allows you to be still, and to take the time to LISTEN to your body. Trust us when we say, your body WILL tell you what it needs, and what it does NOT need. Acupuncture has a way of intertwining organ systems, emotions and musculoskeletal tissue, leading to true healing. We live in a culture that can become a slave to labs, numbers, pills, gadgets, false information, etc. This is a reminder that your body has an innate KNOWING. When something feels OFF.. Do an assessment mentally, emotionally, physically, chemically and spiritually. Are there “things” that you should remove? Are there “things” that you should add? Again, trust us when we say, Your body has a way of communicating to you. The question is, are you listening?
