Just an FYI. There is some false info about our business online. I have been unable to edit search results or other websites. So, here are the correct details: We are open for business. Our prices are not listed online so any website that gives them is inaccurate. We are considered a Home Plus in KS and can provide services such as long-term care, adult day care and respite care for adults. Our facility is a home environment with 24 hour nursing staff. Please call for inquiries.

When you hear the words Home Plus what do you think? Most people aren't sure what that all entails. Hopefully this information will help.

What is a Home Plus?
- According to The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services, they define a home plus as a residence or facility caring for not more than 12 individuals who need personal care or supervised nursing care to assist with limitations in daily living ranging from required nursing care 24/7 to trained and qualified supervision over daily activities.

Who is Home Plus for?
- Any person 55 years of age or older who needs assistance.

What are the benefits of living in a Home Plus?
- Private rooms, communal living space (which has been shown to provide a better quality of life to seniors), and more personal relationships between caregivers and residents.

We have openings for full-time residents at The Willow House in Hays. We are staffed 24 hrs a day with caring certified caretakers. We provide a personalized home environment where friends and family are always welcome. We provide nursing services and assistance with activities of daily living for all levels of care from assisted living to end-of-life.
