Alcohol might knock you out fast, but it's like crashing your car to stop it from moving. Sure, it works, but it's a bad idea.

Alcohol is actually a sleep disruptor. It messes with your REM cycle, leaving you feeling groggy and grumpy in the AM.

So ditch the nightcap and try some actual sleep hygiene. Your brain (and your mood) will thank you. 😉
