排泄系统的健康不容忽视.

近年來，隨著來美國定居的中國人越來越多，中國的傳統文化也愈來愈濃厚。 得益于有數千年曆史的中醫文化與哲學的濡養，大多的中國人對健康與養生有關的知識情有獨鈡，一旦有人獲得較新的健康消息，便競相轉播，使大家獲益。中國人也是勤於實踐的民族，每日離不開各種維他命，營養補充劑，補益中藥，或是各種美容化妝品等大有人在。所有這些物品，在身體和感覺上無疑都有正面效果，在使用了一段時間之後，就會在心理上產生心理上的依賴性，一日不用，就若有所失。

然而人們不一定認識到，所有這些帶有健康標誌的物品，同時也有增加人體各種排毒器官負擔的一面。從口中吃進去的任何物品，處方的或非處方的藥品，甚至健康食物，在完成了預定的作用之後，必須經由各器官的合作，將餘留的雜質完全排出体外。不然那些在新陳代謝過程中產生的廢物，留在體内成爲毒素的來源。

International Colon Hydrotherapy Certification Training Center (510-332-1417 colondetoxclinic.net)

is affiliated to I-ACT (International Association of Colon Hydrotherapy), and is located nearby to San Francisco. After an intensive training at the foundation level (100 hours), students will be qualified to sit for the I-ACT exam. At passing the exam, students will be awarded the title of Colon Hydrotherapy Therapist. Optionally, they can take the exam and be certified by National Board of Colon Hydrotherapy.

I-ACT certification is good in 24 countries and 45 states in USA, holders can start their own professional office or work for other therapists. Nevertheless students should check with the local government first.

To be enrolled to the training program, no medical background, is required. Today, licensed acupuncturist, massage therapists, estheticians, as well as young people with high school diplomas have been trained. The pay is high and the workload is very light.
