Newly married. Practice growing. Life full throttle.

That means my training must be intelligent, integrated, and unshakable.

Today wasn’t a workout.

It was a nervous system assault — training my body, brain, and breath to stay composed in chaos.

🔊 activation with pre-workout frequencies.

🌬️ 10 min CO₂ tolerance training with our new CO₂ system for training.

⚡ 20 min high-gauss PEMF at full output (4.0)

👁️ Visualization of race day: altitude, discomfort, pressure… presence.

Then came the stack:

⚡ on lower legs (500 → 250 → 500)

🧠 Vagus nerve stimulation x2 ( and Zen POD that will be launching soon.

Wrapped with:

Pre and post with my big bro applying . who is one of the best tennis professionals and coaches I know has worked with me on and off for 6 years. He came into Scottsdale for my 3 day nervous system reset and connected me with podcast where I went into detail on what we do. Thank you Ari!

Now I’m in SD and Marc was dealing with some “pain” and disfunction. After running through QN I was able to balance him with less physical treatment. This is going to be a primary focus with where we are going at .

Odin, it’s been 2 years since God brought you into my life and I am so grateful he did. The first is my first photo with him in the house.

This is the first post about how you’ve changed my life and some of my favorite moments.

From deciding to adopt you during the Waste Management Open and Super Bowl weekend to traveling across the country together. Our runs, hikes, and explorations are my favorite.

You’re so amazing with all our patients even with you bark.

I love you buddy!

As I leave LA I reflect on my experience. Growing up in Florida and the south I’ve been through many hurricanes , tornados, and floods. This was my first up close look at how destructive and fast moving fire is. I pray for the coastal community as they rebuild, heal, and come together. I pray for the local businesses as I see the fear in so many of the owners that they won’t have support due to so many people relocating. My heart goes out to everyone who has lost everything. Speaking with people who lived there, the first responders attending the situation, and outside world; it’s clearer than ever that we can get through this. There’s so much support from everywhere right now pouring in. Things you can do right now for that area.

1. Reach out to as Rafi is heading up local support/ outreach/ and a place to come together and heal. If you want to donate items, volunteer to assist in day to day operations, or have other ways of giving please do.

2. If you’re medical and want to give back to the first responders reach out to me or who is helping head up efforts for local practioners.

3. Communicate with local churches who are heading up efforts for clothes, food, ect.

4. Call your local fire and police stations asking what they may need specifically. It’s great to drop things off but some have so much right now they may not have room to put it places.

5. Pray. Pray for the community, the responders, and California as a whole.

Had the chance to finally drive the only part of HWY 1 that was closed down forever. Had to do it with one of my dream cars.
