Update on Great Value Dino Chicken Nuggets Alert!

We’re sharing an update to the public health alert issued earlier regarding Great Value dino-shaped chicken breast nuggets.

The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service has officially retracted the alert after additional testing confirmed the product does not pose a public health concern.

Follow-up testing, including the original product lot, found no elevated levels of lead. The initial result was determined to be a false positive caused by laboratory contamination, not the food itself.

At this time, no action is needed for this product.

We will continue to share updates to keep our community informed.
