We are proud to announce that Betty Combs has been promoted to the role of Medical Records at Hazard Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Betty has been a dedicated Kentucky Medication Aide on our team, and her growth within our facility speaks volumes about her commitment and work ethic. She has always been someone willing to step up and help wherever she’s needed, whether that means coming in early, working late, or supporting the team during busy times.
We believe in recognizing hard work and promoting from within, and Betty is a wonderful example of that.
Congratulations!

During these past snow and ice storms, we have truly seen the best of our community. ❄️💙
A huge thank you to the Hazard Police Department for providing transportation and going above and beyond to make sure our residents and staff were safe. We are also incredibly grateful to Judge Scott Alexander, who helped us secure much-needed supplies to get through this cold spell.
Most importantly, thank you to our dedicated staff who stayed countless nights at the facility, sacrificing time away from their families to ensure our residents were cared for, safe, and comfortable.
We are beyond thankful for each of you. It truly takes a village, and we are blessed with an amazing one. 💙
