We hope this message finds each of you well and in good spirits. These are most certainly trying times and we are disheartened in the resurgence of COVID infections. As always, we pray our patients stay well. Please remember wearing masks and being vaccinated are the two of the best ways to stop the spread of COVID. Appalachian Heart Center continues to put the safety and well-being of our patients first. Masks continue to be mandatory in our office and patients are limited to only ONE visitor over the AGE OF 16 in order to maintain social distancing. We ask if you have an appointment to kindly follow our guidelines. Also, if you are not feeling well we ask you call and one of our friendly staff members will reschedule your appointment. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and as always, walk-ins are welcome. Our office number is 606-439-4433.

Stay safe and healthy and follow the recommended guidelines to help stop the spread of COVID. The only way to be together again is to work together!

Welcome back to some normalcy! We at AHC have been worried about our patients, friends, and families during these trying times. We hope everyone is well and that we are all on our way to things as usual. We wanted to give everyone an update about our day-to-day operations now that a few things have changed.

Even though the CDC has lifted some of the mask requirements, masks are still mandatory in our office for patients, visitors, and staff. Patient safety is our main concern and we treat some patient who are severely ill. It is our duty to make sure those sickest patients, and all of our patients, feel safe and continuing to require masks is our best defense. In addition, if you are not feeling well, please call our office and one of our friendly employees will gladly help you reschedule your appointment. We will also continue to only allow ONE visitor per patient to maintain social distancing requirements.

Our office hours remain Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and walk-ins are always welcome!

Continue to stay safe and healthy! If we stick together, we'll get through this together. AHC will continue to closely monitor the CDC's recommendations and may adjust our policies accordingly at a future date. As always, the health and well-being of our patients is our #1 priority.
