During the 2025 federal government shutdown, Kentucky WIC participants should continue to use WIC services as normal until further notice. This includes continuing to use eWIC cards. WIC-approved stores are able to process purchases at this time. We encourage families to keep their WIC appointments and stay in contact with their local WIC clinics during the federal government shutdown.

Boil Water Advisory

Water Break . A boil water advisory has been issued. Starting at Exit 56 and goes to Lick Branch on Old Highway 80, Couchtown to Butterfly, Ladder Branch and Big Branch are included.
