The Rising Center is proud to share that our Program Director, Jasmine Wilson-McKenzie, LCSW-S, has been selected to serve as a 2026 National Organization for Victim Advocacy (NOVA) Ambassador for Kentucky.

In this role, Jasmine will represent the Commonwealth by helping elevate emerging issues, promising practices, and feedback from the field, while also sharing national resources, training opportunities, and professional development updates with advocates and service providers across Kentucky.

This appointment reflects her continued leadership and commitment to survivor-centered, trauma-informed systems and statewide collaboration. We are grateful for the opportunity for Kentucky’s voice to be represented at the national level through this role.
