Here are some health tips to survive the Thanksgiving feast.
✔️ Plan on going for a 15 to 30-minute walk after feasting

✔️ Drink lemon water before enjoying your turkey-rich meal, this will help to combat the uric acid load that can arise

✔️ Plan on feasting earlier in the day than later

✔️ Drink 1 to 2 cups of water in addition to the lemon water prior to feasting

✔️ Enjoy prebiotics with your meals (dietary fiber) to facilitate digestion
