The SMC Café is open to the public Monday - Friday! Stop by to enjoy a delicious breakfast or lunch. Dine-in or take-out is always available!

In addition to the daily special, the Grill is available during lunch, offering made-to-order burgers, quesadillas, sandwiches, pre-made salads, and more!

A free seven-week Stepping On Falls Prevention Workshop is coming to Hazen this spring! This workshop will give you the tools to reduce your risk of falling, stay independent, and keep doing the things you love. 💙

You will learn:
🔹 How to spot and remove fall hazards at home and outdoors
🔹 The impact of vision, hearing, medications, and footwear on fall risk
🔹 Simple strength and balance exercises tailored to your ability
🔹 The right way to get back up if you do fall
