Knee pain isn’t always a “joint” issue. For active adults in their late 20s to 30s, it’s often a tendon problem. Running, jumping, lifting without properly training tendons can cause them to break down over time.

In this session, we’re using dry needling + shockwave therapy to reduce inflammation, improve tendon loading capacity, and get him back to training without pain.
