If coach doesn’t require maximum effort from and you still earn a spot , you still lose. Earning things is where the lessons are. Coddling an athlete who needs discipline is only showing them they can get what they want with half assed effort. Not on this team!!!

Client SHOUTOUT!!!!! ... has officially kicked it into high gear. Nothing fires me up more than getting photos like this from my clients! Tara has been working her ass off and now that she’s got the meal prep thing going, the fun is really gonna start!!! The biggest thing you need to do in an early fitness journey is trust the trainer, and Tara has opened herself up to a ton of s**t that’s new to her. But she listens , and she executes! And for that reason, Summer 2021 will be her best body EVER!!! And that’s only the halfway point 💪 Hella proud of you girl!!!
