We’ll eat Chinese takeout, make Valentine’s Day cards, and have the salon open and well stocked with nail polish and other goodies. Sophie Schnitzlein is the founder of The Adaptive Yoga Resource and a leading pioneer in Adaptive Yoga. Sophie holds E-RYT 500+, CYT, and E-RYT 200+ certifications. She has contributed over 7,000 hours developing customized, adaptive yoga and wellness curricula across hospitals, schools, and therapeutic settings, including Robert Wood Johnson, Princeton Public Schools, and Mission Hospital. Sophie has published research on emotional regulation through adventure activities and was featured at the Carolinas Psychology Conference, highlighting her leadership in holistic and accessible care. Sophie is devoted to making the transformative power of yoga accessible to all minds and bodies, one breath and one movement at a time.
