🍦Scoops, smiles, and social skills! Our Social Scouts boys had the sweetest time practicing teamwork, turn-taking, and connection—all with a side of ice cream fun! 😋✨

Led by Dr. Bernadette Mullen, our founder, Social Scouts helps kids ages 5–7 build confidence in attention, self-advocacy, emotional regulation, and more through themed adventures each week!

Our 3–6 year olds had a blast painting pumpkins and chatting about Halloween! 🎃👻

Jumpstart 1 & 2 are run by a Speech-Language Pathologist and focuses on:

💬 Requesting & self-advocacy
🤝 Peer interaction & turn-taking
🎨 All through fun, thematic lessons!

💬✨ October is AAC Awareness Month — a time to celebrate all the amazing ways our communicators express themselves! 💙

At our clinic, we use a variety of systems like TouchChat, LAMP Words for Life, and so much more to help our AAC users find their voices and connect with the world around them.

We love our AAC kids so, so much and are constantly inspired by their progress, creativity, and determination. 💪💜

We’re so excited to introduce Ms. Lindsay, OTD, OTR/L, and Ms. Kaitlyn to our amazing team!

✨ Lindsay is a licensed occupational therapist with a passion for helping children grow, thrive, and reach their fullest potential through compassionate, family-centered care.

✨ Kaitlyn joins our office team as she completes her final semester at Monmouth University, with plans to pursue her master’s in Speech-Language Pathology. Her dedication to helping others and passion for communication make her a perfect fit for Speech Start!
