As of this week, SNAP benefits may be delayed, paused, or only partially funded and many local families will have limited access to food and necessities. We have partnered with Panthers Let’s Eat to help these local families in need. Donations are welcome and we will be placing a box at each of our Inner Clarity locations to collect these items.

Anything on the list is greatly appreciated and multiples are welcome as we are trying to put together as many emergency boxes as possible! Thank you to our team members - specifically Nicole Owenburg, LPC and our Practice Administrator Kristina Rubin, for coordinating this effort.

We are so excited for our new addition of psychological testing services at our Hazlet, NJ location. Nicole Owenburg, LPC will be running a closed 6-week group, Navigating Grief During The Holidays, this fall for adults navigating loss and preparing for the holiday season. Sessions combine education (Worden’s Tasks of Mourning, coping skills, communication with family, navigating triggers) and processing in a supportive, therapeutic group setting.

📍 Hazlet office
🗓 Tuesdays, 6:30–7:30 PM | Mid-Sept–End of Oct

6 sessions + up to 2 makeup sessions (8 total)
👥 Facilitator: Nicole Owenburg, LPC, NCC

Good fit: Adults grieving the loss of a loved one who are ready to process in a group setting.
Not appropriate: Recent traumatic loss (within 4-6 wks), perinatal/infant loss, active substance use, active crisis or suicidal ideation. Please email nicole@innerclarityllc.com for more information, or to info@innerclarityllc.com to make a referral.

We are excited to announce that Inner Clarity will be hosting a clinical Parent/Child program on positive parenting this summer! Our "Positive Parenting & Child Art Therapy Program" is a 6-week group program designed for families with children ages 8-10yo at our Hazlet, Village Ct office. It allows parents and caregivers to go through the process of changing how they look at misbehavior and their role as parents. Parents learn many of the Positive Discipline tools through experiential learning from Stephanie Michael, LMSW, who is Certified in Positive Discipline. Kids will work in a separate room with a Katie Rubbe, LAC, and Registered Art Therapist to learn more effective ways of communicating their feelings, gaining coping skills, in order to create a healthier family dynamic.

Do you ever set goals, intentions, or plans and have difficulty following them throughout the year? Join us as we hold one another accountable and learn various ways to focus on manifesting what we want in life through journaling, use of crystals ✨, concepts from astrology, and tarot in a group setting.

🌑Groups are held monthly in our Village Ct Hazlet office on or around the New Moon phases, which is often associated with new beginnings, a time for introspectiveness, and setting intentions.

🌙This group will be held in two “cycles”. Cycle 1 will begin on 3/27 and end on 7/24 at 6pm and consists of 5 classes. Please register by 3/26/25 if you want to start at the beginning of this cycle.

Cycle 2 will begin on 8/22 and end on 12/19 at 12 pm (later time may be offered depending on need). Register for this cycle by 8/20/25.
