🌿☕️Tuesday Tea: Updates from the Kitchen vol 1 (thanks for the inspo ). A peek behind the curtain of our weekly wins and woes
✨ New batch of Blood Orange Fennel Mixer is ready! Hand peeled and juiced local organic blood oranges, infusion of left over fennel tops from the market, and organic artichoke leaf. Think cleaner local version of aperol or campari
✨ New batch of Yuzu salt! made with locally harvest yuzu- dehydrated peel and pacific sea salt
✨ Not pictured but just formulated and bottled a NEW Citrus Cardamom bitters meant to be paired with our Rose Cardamom Mixer or on its own as a Bitters + Soda
🤷🏻♀️ Only four cases left of Peach Espelette Mixer until next peach season later this summer. Our espelette honey molded and we needed to compost the peaches we froze down from harvest because they didn’t look primo. it happens sometimes. reminder to stir your honey infusions frequently even if in the fridge!
💪🏼 Had some spills but net net it was still a great day in the kitchen with some top notch beneficial products made with lots of love by hand, with local ingredients
