If you arere comfortable where you are and don’t feel the need for challenges, why consider a different path?
After all, you’re not hurting anyone, are you?
The honest answer is yes. You are hurting yourself.
And you’re denying the rest of us the possibility of benefiting from your contributions. Consider that you have given up on life and you don’t even realize it.
Retrain Your Brain to let go of the past, make new discoveries, and open yourself up to fully experience all the universe has to offer.
You have extraordinary contributions to make and an incredible life to share.
But, you must be willing to quiet the Voice of speculation and take on what makes you most uncomfortable.
Being afraid of the unknown is perfectly normal, but sticking exclusively with what you know is a death sentence.

Some friends of this site will have already seen this post on Virgil Lee Beasley. For others, please read and share a piece of this life chapter with all of us.
May 28 post: What would you be different about your life, your relationships, your business, your health one month from now if today you bit off more than you can chew and then chewed like hell?
It has been one month today since I "bit off more than I can chew" in writing my book: S*x After Cancer: How To Have Fantastic S*x, More Intimacy and Fulfilled Relationships After Prostate Cancer. Old issues of being good enough, knowing enough about marketing, self publishing, old Limiting Beliefs, have more than been "visited". I have been and am now, one short month later, better able to stay with the old fears, observe them and learn their gifts. These gifts have resulted in my connecting with and meeting in person: a copywriter from England; Scott Dennison, www site SEO and small business marketing expert that I met and had not seen for 16 years; entered into networking agreements with three people I met at a Mastermind conference, networking agreements with a PR and with a Video Film master I met at a Buddhist Retreat Center, through a psychotherapist I met at the Center connected with and have meetings set up with the Radiologist that managed my Radiology treatments for my second bout of Prostate Cancer. And, have been writing up a storm while attending to vineyard emergencies and investing more time in Carol and my relationship.

George Saunders, a writer, offered his biggest regret in a recent commencement address to Syracuse.

“So here’s something I know to be true, although it’s a little corny, and I don’t quite know what to do with it: what I regret most in my life are failures of kindness. Those moments when another human being was there, in front of me, suffering, and I responded…sensibly. Reservedly. Mildly.”

What are those chances you have to show love or care, simple as they may be? How do you stand by and let them pass.

WOW. The quote says it al..."I realized I loved being able to step out of my shell" speaks volumes to each of us. My shyness, Dyslexia, ADD all served me to become a consummate student, successful psychotherapist, and professional speaker. To this day I loose myself in research, coaching and delivering transformational trainings. All you FB community, what do you love doing that steps you out of your shell?

Evidence coming in all the time regarding the benefits of coconut oil. We use it in our house for cooking. Great in my morning tea as a sweetener. Like, don't like, additional thoughts/resources for good health?
