I just want to take a moment to say thank you for your continued support over the years. It truly means so much to me that you trust me with your care and wellness.

I also wanted to share that this is my first price increase in 5 years. During that time, I’ve done my best to keep my services affordable while continuing to grow and improve the experience I provide for you.

Starting May 1st, 2026, there will be a small $5 increase on all services. This helps me continue providing the quality, care, and personalized experience you deserve while keeping up with rising costs.

I’m so grateful for each of you and the relationships we’ve built—it’s truly a blessing to do what I love every day!

I love that my job gives me the opportunity to help so many people. I am passionate about relieving pain, decreasing stress and improving overall health.

Who wants to learn about ways to decrease pain in the neck, shoulders and back??

I will be talking about decreasing pain with massage therapy and stretching. I will be sharing tips and stretches to increase mobility and flexibility in those areas, which will help decrease pain. Come ready to stretch. I will be demonstrating stretches that you can incorporate into your daily life. These will all be stretches you can do while sitting in a chair or standing. No equipment needed.
