We had a magical day for the New Year Reflection sessions at Hope Valley- Helping Others Through Personal Experiences Our first session was greeted with gently falling snowflakes and a beautiful mix of 11 ladies. I walked into the great room to see them circled up chatting. The air was filled with sisterhood.

Our second session was smaller and more intimate. With only 3 participants being able to make it, we set up the soundbath directly in front of the fire. The crackling sounds and warm glow added a softness to the time.

Hope Valley provides grief counseling and support events along with being a retreat facility for families, businesses or clubs to hold private retreats. I am proud to be one of their providers. I've kept a few things under my hat while working on them the past several months. You'll notice some new letters after my name, CECP (Certified Emotion Code Practitioner). Also, the start to my new business, Pathbreaker LLC, which will serve as the umbrella for all my wellness services. I have seen Emotion Code make immense differences in my life as well as family, friends and clients by decoding and removing the trapped emotion energy from the body.
