I'd like to introduce myself and tell a little bit about my recent health journey. My name is Jacqueline Crawford, I live in Heath, Ohio. I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease in 2003. I have led an active and healthy lifestyle which kept my kidney disease at bay for the most part.

As of October 2023, I began dialysis treatments and I have been on the kidney transplant list for a year now. I don't know how long it will be before they find a donor kidney for me, so I am reaching out on Facebook to see if there is an opportunity for me to find a donor sooner. My blood type is O-Positive. Please share this post as well as invite people to this page to help me reach a wider audience in hopes of receiving a much needed kidney transplant.
