It is with so much pride and joy that I officially welcome Karly to the Weekly Essential Wellness team.

Karly is currently a senior in high school, graduating this May, and she completed esthetician school on January 30th and is now a licensed esthetician. Watching her pursue her passion with such dedication has been such a gift to witness.

She specializes in facials, waxing, skin repair, and facial Red Light Therapy for both anti-aging and acne support. Her treatments are thoughtful, results-driven, and designed to help you feel confident and radiant in your own skin.

Karly brings intelligence, grace, and a natural warmth into everything she does. She has the whole world in front of her, and I am beyond proud of the young woman she is becoming.

Facials, waxing, and Red Light Therapy sessions are now available and booking through Care by Carly.

Why do we gather under the Full Moon?

Humans have been gathering under the full moon for thousands of years. Across cultures from Native American tribes to Hindu and Pagan traditions, the full moon was a time to come together, honor cycles, and release what no longer served. It was a moment to witness each other, to reflect, and to align with the natural rhythms of life.

The full moon is the peak of the cycle. Emotions feel bigger, thoughts feel louder, and everything we’ve been holding starts to rise to the surface. It isn’t about starting over, it’s about letting go. Releasing what’s ready to leave, forgiving what we’ve been holding onto, and making space for what’s next.

The new moon is quiet and soft, for planting intentions. But the full moon? She’s the exhale. The moment to breathe, reflect, and release together. Just as people have done for centuries.

Welcoming Our New Marketing Manager, Shaney

I’m so excited to officially welcome our new Marketing Manager, Shaney, to the Weekly Essential Wellness team.

Shaney will be overseeing social engagement across our Facebook groups, interacting with our community on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, and representing the brand at future events.

Based in San Diego, she brings a strong creative foundation and a genuine passion for wellness to her role. She is a 300-hour certified yoga teacher and a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), where she earned her Associate’s degree in Visual Communications.

With a background rooted in both mindfulness and visual storytelling, she is excited to help elevate the Weekly Essentials brand while fostering meaningful community connections.
