In healthcare all our team members are assisted by these heroes. Social workers are the ones who ask the question that is so important: "How are you 𝘳𝘦𝘒𝘭𝘭𝘺 doing?"
They are the bridge between a diagnosis and a life. They carry the stories, the fears, and the burdens of their patients β€” and they do it with grace.
