Meet Dr. Shea Frady - the latest addition to our team of Physical Therapists.

Dr. Frady graduated from SUNY Potsdam with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. Shea enjoyed playing soccer at SUNY Potsdam. Shea went on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Clarkson University and graduated in May of 2024.

Shea's passion for physical therapy began when her grandmother had a stroke and observed her recovery through physical therapy. Shea then gained more interest after sustaining an injury in high school soccer leading to attending physical therapy herself. Shea has always had a passion for fitness and health with interest in helping others.

Shea was born and raised in Upstate New York, and has since moved to Connecticut.. She loves being active, outdoor activities, and spending time with her 3 Great Pyrenees.

Dr. Frady will be seeing patients in our Hebron office.
