Because there isn’t enough bread… or recipes with bread on our as it is 🙄
Here’s one to save for the upcoming
Chardonnay egg salad 🥗 .
RECIPE 🥬🍞🥚
Ingredients ______________________
1/2 red onion, chopped into tiny slices
2 large carrots, sliced thin (optional)
16 eggs, hard boiled
2 tablespoons Chardonnay
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup chopped ramps, including leaves
Salt and pepper to taste .
Directions_________________________
Bring 3-4 cups water to boil. Once boiling add eggs and boil fr 8-12 minutes. While eggs are boiling chop all veggies into thin components. Set aside. Remove eggs and place in cold water. Let cool and peel. Add eggs, veggies, wine flour, mayo and mustard to large mixing bowl and mix ingredients evening. Add desired spices. .
makes approximately 6 cups of - consume within 5-7 days. 🥬🍞🥚
