There have been some questions/misconceptions about Chair Yoga, so I wanted to share a little more information to help clarify some points!

1. Is Chair Yoga done exclusively in a chair?
Not exclusively. Chair Yoga includes both seated and standing poses. The chair is used as a supportive prop, especially during standing movements that focus on balance. It offers added stability and confidence for those who prefer or need something to hold onto during practice.

2. Will Chair Yoga make me stronger?
Yes! While Chair Yoga emphasizes flexibility and balance, it also includes several strengthening exercises. You'll engage and build muscle in a gentle yet effective way, making it a well-rounded practice for overall wellness.

3. Can Chair Yoga be challenging?
Yes! Just like traditional yoga, Chair Yoga offers a range of modifications that can make the practice as gentle or as challenging as you need. It can be easily adapted to suit your fitness level, allowing you to progress at your own pace.

And just a reminder, the Traditional Yoga class will be tomorrow at 9:00am and Chair Yoga will be at 10:00am, hope to see you there!
