Families of our residents are invited to join us for the Virtual Dementia Tour — an interactive experience that will help you better understand what your loved ones may be going through.

This powerful tour simulates what it’s like to live with dementia, allowing you to see the world through their eyes — increasing empathy, understanding, and connection.

Please join us in celebrating Kim Snider for six wonderful years of service at Cleburne County Nursing Home. Kim serves as our full-time COTA, and she is truly an essential part of our therapy department.

Kim is affectionately known for her kindness, warmth, and compassion - qualities that shine through in every interaction she has with our residents and her fellow team members. Her dedication and uplifting spirit make a meaningful difference every single day.

We are incredibly grateful to have Kim on our team, and we appreciate her continued commitment to providing exceptional care!

We had a wonderful turnout at our Thanksgiving lunch on Friday, where we had the joy of serving our residents and their loved ones. So much love and care went into making this a special experience for everyone who attended.

Today we are proud to recognize Yvonne Nowland for two years of outstanding service at Cleburne County Nursing Home. Yvonne wears many hats in our facility, and she excels in each one with grace and dedication. Whether she is welcoming guests as our front office receptionist, organizing and distributing resident supplies, assisting with transports, or stepping in as a CNA, Yvonne does it all with a smile and a servant’s heart.

Yvonne is a bright light to both our residents and our staff. Her kindness, reliability, and willingness to help wherever needed make a tremendous difference every single day.

The residents at Cleburne County Nursing Home are putting together “Blessing Bags” to deliver to Hearts in Ranburne this holiday season. If you would like to contribute to this special project, Hearts has shared that they are currently running low on the following items for their food pantry:

Most-needed items:
- Canned meats
- Canned vegetables
- Breakfast items

Suggested holiday items for Blessing Bags:
- Canned vegetables (green beans, corn, yams, cranberry sauce, etc.)
- Stovetop stuffing
- Mac & cheese
- Canned ham
- Soups
- Cornbread mix
- Biscuit mix
- Canned pumpkin
- Other non-perishable holiday favorites

Donations will be accepted through Friday, December 5th.

We appreciate your support as we come together to help those in need this holiday season!
