Dear Friends and Family of Cleburne County Nursing Home,

It is with much regret that we must cancel our Cupid Social scheduled for Friday, February 13th at 2:00 PM due to a current flu outbreak at our facility.

The health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors remain our top priority. We will look into rescheduling this event at a later date and will share updated information as soon as it becomes available.

We appreciate your understanding and hope everyone stays safe and healthy during this season.

Happy Anniversary to Elizabeth Gatell!
We would like to take a moment to sincerely thank our administrator for her leadership, dedication, and four years of commitment to excellence within our long-term care facility.

Her guidance and vision set the tone for a culture of compassion, accountability, and teamwork. Because of her leadership, staff feel supported, residents feel valued, and families feel confident that their loved ones are receiving quality care in a safe and respectful environment.

Her willingness to listen, problem-solve, and lead with integrity does not go unnoticed. The time and effort she invest daily—even behind the scenes—make a meaningful difference in the lives of both residents and staff. It truly takes a special leader to balance regulatory demands, staff needs, and resident-centered care with such grace.

Thank you, Elizabeth, for all that you do to make this facility a place where dignity, respect, and quality care are prioritized. Your dedication is deeply appreciated and does not go unrecognized!!
