Now Accepting Applications – May CNA Class

We are currently accepting applications for our May CNA class. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED.

Applications must be completed in person, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Please bring the following documents:
• Driver’s license or valid photo ID
• Social Security card
• High school diploma or GED

We are pleased to celebrate Tammy Nolen for 19 years of dedicated service at Cleburne County Nursing Home. Over the years, Tammy has worn many hats and made a lasting impact in a variety of roles. She currently serves as our Financial Director, where her dedication and expertise continue to support our facility in meaningful ways.

Tammy enjoys interacting with our residents and values those meaningful connections she builds with them. In addition to her leadership role, she also works behind the scenes—helping keep our vending and drink machines stocked, which brings a little extra joy and convenience to everyone.

We are proud to celebrate Hailey Sparks for 3 years of dedicated service at Cleburne County Nursing Home. Hailey works in our Dietary Department as a cook, and she truly does it all.

She shows up each day with a positive attitude and a passion for creating a pleasant dining experience for our residents through the meals she prepares. Her commitment to quality and care shines through in everything she does.

In addition to her work in dietary, Hailey is also very talented in design. She has made t-shirts and other items not only for the dietary department but for the entire nursing home, showcasing her creativity and willingness to go above and beyond.

Our residents stepped outside and got creative for the first time with their very own fairy gardens 🧚‍♀️🌿

With tiny decorations, plants, and lots of imagination, they brought these magical little worlds to life. It was such a joy to see everyone enjoying the fresh air and expressing their creativity in a new way.

We can’t wait to watch their fairy gardens grow!
